Extra Time Activities

After you've shown me your complete work, choose from the following:

• 1. Catch up on other work for my class (or get ahead if you have an anticipated absence)

  2. iReady Math - Don't get behind; you will regret it later

  3. Read our student resources or an independent reading book (if you don't have one handy, find an e-book via AVL or Destiny)

• 4. Learn how to tell time on an analog clock with Khan Academy

  5. Practice making change and review other math skills with Math Mammoth

  6. Test how fast you can solve math facts with Fact Monster or Math Facts Pro

• 7. Play NY Times puzzles or chess

  8. Learn to type like a pro

  9. Quench your curiosities with Wonderopolis

• 10. Draw or try one of my activity sheets I keep on the shelves

  11. Organize your binder or help a classmate

  12. Water my plants (with permission)
